We Provided an Example of a Human-Focused Performance System at the HR Magazine Summit

We were at the Performance Wage and Reward Management Summit hosted by HR Magazine at Marriott Asia on 15-16 November.
Nilgün Altın Yılmaz from Interbank Card Center and Yasemin Duman from Baltas Group took part as speakers in the speech where the performance management work carried out by Baltas Group with BKM was explained as an example.
In her speech, Nilgün Altın Yılmaz said, “In an industry based on numbers such as IT, behavioral management/development was achieved by trying to go beyond numbers in evaluating the performance of employees with this project as an institution. Behavior-based evaluations created the employee’s belief that “I am not being measured, I am improving.” This belief made it easier to establish a connection between their own mission and the institution’s mission and strengthened the established bond.” gave his message.
In the speech, it was stated that performance does not equal potential and it was shared that the performance system based only on numbers has become obsolete in today’s conditions.
