At the Performance, Wage and Reward Management Summit, hosted by HRdergi, held at Marriot Asia on 12-13 November 2014, Baltas Group made a presentation titled “Translating Potential into Performance” and informed the participants about its services in the exhibition area. In the presentation made by Baltas Group, Interbank Card Center HR Director Nilgün Altın Yılmaz and Baltas Group Training Program Manager Leyla Kolukısa took part as speakers.
At the meeting, which included the work carried out with the Interbank Card Center (BKM) management team, information was given about the achievements of BKM and its employees.
Based on the fact that the first step for the organization to achieve high performance is to reveal the potential of the employees, BKM shared that they achieved business results that made a difference after the work planned for the entire management team. During the presentation, feedback from BKM employees who participated in these studies and videos explaining their achievements were included.
