At the 16th Educators Summit organized by HR Magazine in Istanbul Marriott Asia, Baltas Group held the “Educational Games That Do Not Turn into Toys for Educators” workshop with Education Program Manager Selin Selamet. The workshop, whose quota was increased due to high participation as in previous years, received great applause from the participants.
During the workshop, Baltas Group shared information about how educational games make training more efficient and included the participants in the workshop with the applications it implemented.
The workshop, which started with “icebreaker” games that helped the participants bond at the beginning of the training, continued with introduction games, unobtrusive repetition games, reinforcement games, summary reminder games and closing games.
The “Educational Games That Don’t Turn into Toys for Educators” workshop, which also gave tips on effective openings, creating excitement and strong closings, set an example for impressive trainings to be held in the future.
