The 3rd Personal Development Summit organized by Eduplus was held at the Istanbul Sheraton Hotel on March 13, 2008. In his speech under the title of “Establishing Effective Communication”, Prof. Dr. While Zuhal Baltas emphasized that communication skills are the most basic subject that employees at all levels of business life should know well, she stated that a deficiency in this issue will sometimes create problems and conflicts with senior managers and sometimes with colleagues. Describing the communication problems that may be experienced with customers as the most dangerous communication problems, Zuhal Baltas conveyed to the participants that communication skills, if known well, open the doors to success in one’s business and private life.
