We design the in-house coaching process, which is carried out by people selected from the organization’s own employees or specially prepared for this role, for managers, with the human resources team, specifically for the institution.
During the in-house coaching process, we aim to support the employee in adapting to the job and learning the job, accelerating his adaptation to the corporate culture, helping him turn his potential into performance by developing his competencies, establishing meaningful relationships in his business and private life, and helping to maximize the added value in the organization. New hires and/or employees at different levels with the In-house Coaching Project
In-house coaching covers a period of 6 months – 1 year.
