In reverse mentoring, we create a learning process in which young employees who have just started working in the organization to experienced and senior managers will convey their perspectives on work, the institution and life from their own observations, share their skills regarding digital transformation, and exchange views on new emerging business trends.

In this process, which brings together senior executives with young and junior employees and ensures mutual learning and development within a healthy relationship network,

Reverse mentoring covers a period of 6 months – 1 year, with regularly scheduled meetings.
