Hogan Values and Orientations Measurement (MVPI) is a personality measurement that reveals the basic values, goals and interests that are a part of a person’s identity, and can be used to measure the person’s compliance with corporate values in recruitment. The results show which position an employee would prefer to be in and what kind of working environment they would be motivated by. MVPI also provides information about where competition and conflicts within the team may occur.
