In fifteen years, sixty percent of young people will be working in professions that do not exist today, and existing professions will also be transformed and will be different from today. This means we are training our children to work in jobs that don’t exist yet, to use technologies that haven’t been invented yet, and to solve problems we don’t know about. In such a world, although the understanding of the traditional education system based on transferring knowledge has become history, families continue to impose the algorithm that has been valid for their own development processes on educational institutions and their children. In a world where intelligence is very low for life success and academic success is moderately effective, contemporary teachers face the difficult task of changing the mindsets of not only the young people they are responsible for educating, but also their families.

In this presentation, we will focus on two basic concepts that will play a key role in the relationship teachers will establish with students and their families: Being approachable by establishing a bond and getting out of the comfort zone. Thus, they will experience a fundamental change in mentality towards being remembered as teachers who left a mark and enabled their students to reflect their potential in life.
