The leadership approach, which is based on the industrial revolution and world wars and is naturally dominated by men because it requires the use of force, has lost its effect and validity today. It has been observed that many of the ideal leadership qualities needed are qualities thought to belong to women. However, there are two obstacles for women leaders. The first of these is to be evaluated by a jury composed mostly of men. The second obstacle is related to the struggle women will have with themselves.
